Renovating, Relocating & Refreshing Our HQ

After 17 years in our cosy (and creaky, who can forget those stairs!?) home it was time to hit the refresh button…

There’s nothing quite like renovating to test your reserves!… it’s been a very fast and very exciting process of transformation from what was office and storage space above Sweet Art cakes into our new healing space.

Making things easier in the bathroom…

Hi Ka Huna Lovers,

Katie became ill with CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or M.E.) at age 18. After a lot of soul-searching and a lot (a lot a lot!) of trial and error, she has finally healed herself of CFS and has been living illness-free for the last 3 years. This is her account of her very first Ka Huna: Click here to read this on her blog.

I had an epic week at work last week. For some reason, I can usually reign things in and slow down, but for some reason this week, I couldn’t.

My body was crying out for some kind of …
